- Form submissions.If you contact us or join a waitlist, we collect the details you provide (name, email, company, message) to respond to you.
- Technical data.Standard server logs from our hosting provider. This site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.
How chat works
Chat messages are relayed to an AI model provider to generate responses. Messages are used to answer your question and improve our service quality. Our AI provides general property guidance, not regulated financial, legal or tax advice.
Legal basis and retention
We process your information on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry, operating the service) or consent (waitlists). We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up you’ve asked for.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@theagentcyuk.com. You also have the right to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
Third parties
We use trusted processors to operate this site: web hosting, form handling (FormSubmit), and AI model inference. We do not sell your data.
